Dr. Mauzo was born in Goa, India, where she completed her medical school and residency in pathology at Goa Medical College before moving to the United States. Following her passion in pathology, she continued training in anatomic and clinical pathology at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and surgical pathology fellowship with oncologic pathology focus at MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX. Due to her interest in dermatopathology, she did a second fellowship in dermatopathology at Ohio State University, Columbus, OH. Dr. Mauzo joined PACI in August 2018 where she practices surgical pathology and dermatopathology.
