Pathologists’ Assistant at Memorial Medical Center
Andrea received her BA in Biochemistry from Knox College in Galesburg, IL and a BS in Medical Technology from Rush University in Chicago, IL. She worked as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in the DeGowin Blood Center at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa before attending the University of Maryland. She graduated from the Maryland Pathologists’ Assistant program and is certified by the ASCP. She is a member of the ASCP and an AAPA fellow.
